A6str Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the a6str platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the a6str platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of the stated terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

Use of the a6str platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
You must be located in a country or region where the use of this platform is permitted under local law.
You are not on any list of individuals barred from using online betting services by any relevant authority.
You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

A6str reserves the right to decline or terminate the registration of any applicant without providing a reason, where there are doubts about the applicant's eligibility or intent.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the a6str platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any existing balances. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. a6str reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the a6str support team immediately at [email protected].

Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the platform:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the system.
Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
Using another person's account or payment information that does not belong to you.
Conducting money laundering through the a6str platform.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the a6str platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them personally.

Deposit

Deposits can be made using the payment methods available on the platform, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods offered from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the deposit section of your account. a6str reserves the right to request additional verification before processing deposits deemed unusual.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or payment method registered under the same user's name. a6str will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one to three business days. Any fees charged by third-party financial institutions are the user's responsibility.

Non-Reversible Transactions

Once a deposit has been credited to your account balance and used for betting, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled. Users are advised to review all details before confirming any transaction on the a6str platform.

Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property

Platform Liability Limits

A6str is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting outcomes, service disruptions caused by third parties, or technical failures beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" with no specific guarantees regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information.

Account Suspension & Closure

A6str reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a competent authority. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any existing balance may be withheld while an investigation is carried out. Users whose accounts are closed for reasons unrelated to a breach may submit a request to withdraw their remaining balance through the customer support channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the a6str platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, designs, and software — is the exclusive property of a6str or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The a6str platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. a6str is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is at the user's own risk.

Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

A6str reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised terms.

Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms applicable to their use. The date of the most recent revision will be stated at the top of this document.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
